One of my responsibilities, over the course of the week, is to hold ‘office hours’: 30-minute mini-coaching sessions that the women can sign up for, if they’d like to talk to me about some issue they’re facing.
One topic that keeps coming up again and again is ‘self-talk’ – that mental monologue that runs in our heads pretty much non-stop – and how to manage it.
